The championship belt wrestling "Alish" was held in the capital of Lithuania Vilnius. Almost 100 athletes from 22 countries, including the national team of Ukraine, participated in the event,.

Professor Vladimir Vasilyevich Khilchevsky celebrates his 90th birthday. All his labor activity is connected with our university. Returning from the war and going through long medical treatment he was enrolled in 1946 in Mechanical Faculty of KPI (specialty “Automobiles and tractors”).

Young scientist IME Ruslan BorisYoung scientist IME linked his fate with Kyiv Polytechnic in 2001 when he became a freshman. With the time he had got the bachelor’s degree in 2005, in 2007 – the master’s degree on the specialty “Equipment to process metal by pressure”.

According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 936/2014 «On awarding annual prizes of the President of Ukraine for Young Scientists 2014" the following Kiev Polytechnics became the new winners:

December 8,  regular scientific readings from the series "Outstanding designers of Ukraine" were held at NTUU “KPI”.

October 23-24, 1914, the Tenth Scientific Conference "Modern Problems of Mechanical Engineering" was held in Gomel State Technical University of P.Y.Suhoy (GNTU). A delegation IME NTUU "KPI" consisting of the professor Machine Tools and Machine Design  department Yu.M.

In November NTUU "KPI" specialists participated in two major industrial exhibitions.

A round table on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the outstanding designer of space engineering Chelomey Volodymyr Mykolaevych (30.06.1914 - 12.08.1984) was held at NTUU"KPI".

I know that many KPI students believe that success in life can only be due to symbiosis large number of factors, which mainly depend on the student, and not anyone else.
