On 1 October 2024, the Kyiv Basketball Championship started. This year's competition involves 12 men's university teams, including the team of Kyiv Polytechnic.

HeroCTF is an annual online cybersecurity competition. The team of dcua of the Educational and Research Laboratory "Technical Information Security" of the Institute of FTI KPI took first place.

The international competition in engineering, science and technology I-FEST² 2024 brought together more than 500 scientific and engineering projects from almost 40 countries, competing in eight categories.

This year, 362 works took part in the competition, in particular from universities in Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Georgia, Kazakhstan and others. The works were evaluated by 144 scientists from various fields.

For the first time, the international InnovAid Hackathon dedicated to artificial intelligence in medicine was held at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

The DCUS-School team of the Institute of Physics and Technology under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Information Security Mykola Ilyin won first place!

Nine student teams from the universities of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Ternopil, Lviv, Sumy, and Bila Tserkva took part in the International Cooperation in Research and Innovation bootcamp, which took place at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on April 25-28.

The teams of the dcua-school group of the Institute of Physics and Technology not only took gold in the competition, but also won the second and fourth places.
