On the left, the bust of four Ukrainian scientists. Among them are a bust of the academician of the USSR, Creator of the first in continental Europe computer Sergiy Oleksievych Lebedev. Following the bust commemorates the first Ukrainian doctor of Geology, Professor, one of 12 first academicians of Ukrainian Academy of Science, academician of the Belarusian Academy of Sciences Pavel Apollonovich Tutkovsky.

«The evolution of cognition»: the efforts to know the Truth
On November 15 was held the grand opening of the monumental composition “Evolution of Cognition” near the entrance gate of the University on the side of Yangel Street.
New mural “Adolescence”
The new mural under the name “Adolescence” appeared in July on the territory of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on the wall of the building number 7. The author of the mural is the artist Marat Morik.
Renewed Fountain on Museum Square
On September 4 the solemn opening of the reconstructed and refurbished fountain took place at KPI Museum Square in front of the monument of the KPI Professor, academician Eugene Paton.
