Oleksandr graduated from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, with a degree in engineering, and later became a programmer.
"Oleksandr had many opportunities to work abroad, but he chose Ukraine. A master of sports in academic rowing, he also played mini-football in amateur tournaments. A deep connoisseur of the history of Ukraine, he wanted to get an education as a historian and write scientific works," the Darnytska District State Administration in the City of Kyiv reports on its Facebook page.
Oleksandr’s active obligated service expired in 2016. On February 24 he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine again. On September 9, he met his last battle as a true warrior, with dignity and devotion to the country he loved.
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute expresses sincere condolences to Oleksandr's family and friends.
