- In particular, it was emphasized that the deadlines for submitting applications for testing have been changed and previous regulations have been canceled. The Ministry of Education and Science will provide updated information later, but it has been announced that the registration of masters for testing will take place in June. Relevant documents will be published soon.
- Admission rules for 2022 are at the final stage of development. An additional outreach meeting will be held before long. However, it should be kept in mind that in such extremely difficult conditions, the rules may be periodically adjusted and supplemented in the light of developments in the country.
- It was emphasized that testing for both entrants and applicants should be carried out security-wise and only in buildings with specialized shelters.
- It was emphasized that the academic year and all forms of state certification should be conducted in accordance with the schedule of the educational process. If it is impossible to conduct state attestation remotely, it is necessary to either change the form of state attestation, or provide for academic leave or postponement of the attestation to the next year for certain categories with exceptional circumstances.
- It is recommended to certify the signatures on the qualifying works of applicants with an electronic digital signature or the application "Diia. Signature".
- It is noted that the competitive selection for academic staff is carried out in accordance with the rules set by the regulations of the higher education institution, and the expiration of the contract during the martial law may mean termination of its work at the university. Disagreeing parties may resolve disputes in court.
- The procedure for obtaining academic titles has not changed. Today, all relevant structural units of the Ministry of Education and Science are working and considering cases.
- Graduation should take place in accordance with the training schedule (May-June).
