The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky mandated the State Concern “Ukroboronprom”, which includes the Antonov aircraft company, in cooperation with Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, and the Ministry of Education and Science to create and launch a program for aircraft designers within three months.
In turn, the Cabinet of Ministers should ‘promote aircraft training on youth to glorify Ukraine around the world’, the Presidential Office said.
