On September 10, 2020, the final meeting of the branch competition commission established by the Order of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky" dated April 14, 2020, #2/32 a, was held. The commission reviewed the results of reviewing the works of applicants for the awards of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the speciality 125 "Cybersecurity".
31 works were presented from 17 universities - participants of the competition from 9 cities of Ukraine. A total of 35 students -authors took part in a competition.
Within the framework of the Competition Commission 4 sections were created in the following directions: "Cybersecurity systems and technologies" (13 works), "Physical and technical aspects of cybersecurity" (3 works), "Cryptographic methods of cybersecurity" (9 works), "Analytical methods of cybersecurity" (6 works). Expert peer review was based on the same requirements according to a single rating scale.
Based on the results of the review, the branch competition commission decided on the winners of the competition and the awarding of diplomas to its participants.
Students awarded first degree diplomas:
Olga SHEVCHUK - Institute of Specialized Communication and Information Security of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute; Svitlana VAKAL - Sumy State University.
