This semester a student of 6 year Department of automation of electromechanical systems and electro drive FEPEA Andrew Rimovych receives scholarships of the Rector NTUU "KPI". For further study of specialized universities, he chose the best and most famous - Kiev Polytechnic. Today he is studying, engaging in research, taking active part in the social life.
His scientific advisor is the head of the Department of automation of electromechanical systems and electro drive,Ph.D., professor S.M.Peresada, whose experience comprises 187 publications, including 150 scientific. Under his leadership, the student explores modern subway car traction drive. Railway control system is one of the areas of research of teachers and students of the Department of automation of electromechanical systems and electro drive FEPEA. As part of the graduate design A.Rimovich improved existing laboratory stend to study modern method of sensorless control of DC motor with independent current. From the standpoint of theory and practice, results are relevant for further use in the preparation of specialists in " automation of electromechanical systems and electro drive."
Andrew, as a real KPI student has an active life and citizen positon. Even in the first year, he joined the ranks of the activists of the student council hostel №18 and student council FEPEA. Since then he became co-organizer of events such as the "Fisherman KPI", "Double Crown", "Karaoke visimnashky", "Miss FEA", "Kiberkvest", "Event 18-shki cybersport", "Along the kitchen." On his initiative and with his participation it was organized the sports work in his own dormitory.
Apart from social activity, the guy is active in scientific academic work: he is a frequent participant of scientific and technical and scientific conferences and competitions, graduated bachelor with honors, continues to demonstrate successful results. High level of responsibility, perseverance and dedication contributed to Andrew’s first rated performance in the group and in the department, one of the five best in the faculty.
