Everyone who works, studies, or appears to be in the first building of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has probably already used a contactless temperature meter and a disinfector. The device is installed near the entrance turnstile (see photo). It is called “Maiachok” (Tracker).

On March 11, 2021, representatives of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan visited Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The day before, the delegation took part in the Second Meeting of the Ukrainian-Afghan Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.

The purpose of the visit of representatives of Nokia Solutions and Networks Ukraine LLC, which took place on March 5, to Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was to start cooperation for the introduction of 5G technology in Ukraine and to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The work of the department was carried out taking into account the peculiarities of the present, the development strategy of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and close cooperation with students.

The third-year student of the Institute for Applied System Analysis, Anna Chemanova, will receive a scholarship from Monobank of Universal Bank JSC (the “CEO for 1-day” project).
