The Air Force and Marine Corps Trials are international competitions that serve as a qualifying tournament for the global Warrior Games in the United States. The Warrior Games are a multi-sport competition that brings together wounded or injured military personnel and veterans from different countries.
Veteran Oleksandr Batalov, who studies at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechanical Engineering (ESIME), joined the national team. Oleksandr has a prosthetic lower limb with titanium components.
In total, the team consists of 15 participants who won the All-Ukrainian Defense Forces Competition “GART” (nine adaptive sports).
