Dmytro Gerasymenko studied computer science at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. In 2012, he moved to Singapore and continued to develop his core business, Ahrefs, a link analyzer.
Ahrefs has more than 50,000 customers worldwide, including employees of Facebook, Uber, Ebay, Linkedin, Pinterest, and other giants. The company generates about $100 million in revenue per year.
Today, Dmytro and his team have started working on their own search engine, Yep.com, which has integrated Yep.TLDR, an analog of ChatGPT. It is still in beta and does not make money, but it aims to become a competitor to Google, with its own philosophy and business model.
