Our university's priority today is to train highly-qualified, competitive professionals capable of creating modern scientific knowledge and innovative technologies. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to create the conditions for comprehensive professionals, intellectual, social and creative development of the individual at the highest level of excellence in the educational and scientific environment.
Today, the state is making changes to the conditions of the higher education institution's activity, to which we must respond properly in order to maintain our positions.
Firstly, one of the conditions for the full state funding is international recognition of the university, the place in the world ranking of universities. In addition, "formulaic" funding, accreditation of educational programs by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, competitive state order at three levels and the passing of scientific certification to maintain the status of a research university are introduced.
