National technical university “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute” was granted a reward “Leader of Ukrainian science 2016. Web of Science award” in the nomination of “Science and innovations” by Ministry of Education and Science and “Clarivate Analytics” company (former subdivision for scientific property and science “Thomson Reuters”) and National Academy of Science
Awards were given to the most influential organizations of Ukraine, scientific publications and scientists in 7 nominations: “Scientist of Ukraine. For best results”, “Scientist of Ukraine. For good achievement”, “Scientific journals of Ukraine”, “Productivity, efficiency and integration in the world science”, “Commercialization of science”, “For grant financing of science” and “Science and innovation”. The awarding ceremony “Leader of Ukrainian science 2016. Web of Science award” was hold for the first time this year. Thus, Igor Sikorsky KPI became the first from Ukrainian universities that was given such an award in its nomination.
