KPI implements a “compliance + values” approach to foster a sustainable culture of integrity

In today's environment, higher education requires not only compliance with legal requirements, but also a high level of internal responsibility from each employee. That is why our KPI has begun to implement the “compliance + values” approach, which is recommended by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD, 2020) as one of the most effective ways to strengthen integrity in public sector organizations.

Results of the conference "Business, Innovation, Management: Problems and Prospects"

Despite the massive rocket attack on Ukraine on the night of April 24, 2025, the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference “Business, Innovation, Management: Problems and Prospects” was held on the same day at the Faculty of Management and Marketing. It was organized by the Department of Enterprise Management. The conference brought together over 220 participants—scientists, practitioners, and higher education students from various cities in Ukraine, Poland, and Finland.

Collection of documents belonging to Professor Ivan Zhukov

Work continues on the personal collections of professors at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. One of the most significant collections in terms of quantity belongs to Professor I.D. Zhukov. Most of the publications found contain dedications from the authors. Perhaps this is not a personal library in the full sense of the word, but the collection accurately illustrates the scientist's scientific and social connections.

🎥 Forum "Innovations in Medical Engineering": opening of an innovative complex, discussions, presentations, and a startup project competition

One of the most important events that took place at Igor Sikorsky KPI at the end of last month was the International Forum “Innovations in Medical Engineering.” It was held over two days, May 20 and 21, and brought together representatives of government agencies, Ukrainian and international participants in the Sikorsky Challenge Ukraine Innovation Ecosystem, international medical engineering specialists and experts, and representatives of foundations and companies. And, of course, scientists and developers of startup projects, because the forum participants not only discussed problems and identified pain points in the rapid implementation of innovative developments in medical engineering into production and further to patients, but also identified and highlighted the most promising startup projects on this topic at the competition.
