In the Art Competition "The Talents of KPI" the assistant professor of descriptive geometry and computer graphics T.V.Hnitetska’s paintings were considered the best. Tetiana has been showing her works in KPI for several years.

Autumn exhibition "The Talents of KPI" pleased everyone with the variety of themes and genres. In particular, the attention of visitors was drawn by the pictures, made by the 6th year students of CEF Yuliia Makovetska and Anna Makovetska.

In this way, many fans and colleagues talk about the recent performance of the National Ensemble of Folk Dance of KPI “Polytechnic” on a city review-competition of folk art, where our dancers took first place.

The executives of NTUU “KPI” and the representatives of a number of its institutes and faculties had meeting with the delegation members of Academy of Science of Shandong province (Chinese People’s Republic) in February, 25.

The session of Program committee of international forum “Lessons from the Chornobyl disaster – nuclear security of the world” was hold in February, 24 in Presidium of National academy of science of Ukraine.

February 10 representatives of university student organizations met with the new chief of Solomenskiy police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in Kiev by Pavel Vasilenko.

“European educational initiatives” forum was hold in February, 23 in NTUU “KPI”. The participants presented the project with the same name and the programs of cooperation development of IT-business with university of Ukraine.

A meeting of the working group, created on the initiative of the first vice-principalYuri Yakimenko, on improving the system "Electronic campus of KPI" was held.  

This year on 18 February, a group of students and employees of KPI visited places directly connected with the greatest manmade disaster of the -the accident at the fourth reactor of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
