For the third time, we celebrate Constitution Day against the backdrop of a bloody war for our independence, acutely aware of the importance of the fundamental values enshrined in the Basic Law - the right to life, freedom, and territorial integrity.
We are convinced that our victory is inevitable, as the process of Ukrainian state-building is getting stronger and stronger, because it is based on the dignity and civic responsibility of all Ukrainians.
