Andrii Mavrin — an educatee of the " Technological Processes and Advanced Technologies" section of the Department of Technical Sciences of Kyiv City Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Department, a student of the 11th grade of the Polytechnic Lyceum of NTUU "KPI" — won the 7th International Invention Innovation Competition in Canada, iCAN 2022. He presented his project "Processing of tires by cryo-vibrating method".
Andrii was awarded a gold medal and a special Canadian Special Award from the organizers of the Toronto International Society of Innovation & Advanced Skills (TISIAS) competition.
Andrii's scientific supervisor is Oleh Kozlenko, the head of the scientific laboratory of cryogenic technology at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
