The Main Department of the Federation of Scientific and Technical Societies of Poland awarded the Head of the Department of Work with Rare and Valuable Documents of the Denysenko Scientific and Technical Library  Maryna Miroshnychenko and the editor-in-chief of the “Kyiv Polytechnic” newspaper Dmytro Stefanovych. 

"I am grateful for the contribution to strengthening the ties between Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Polish polytechnics, between Ukrainian and Polish scientists and engineers, and wishing further success in scientific and educational work at our joint best Ukrainian university," - Janusz Fuchs, the head of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Pupils' Section in Poland, wrote in a congratulatory letter to the winners.

On September 30, Dorota Yavorska, Editor-in-Chief of “Krynica” Magazine, and Stanislav Pantelyuk, Editor-in-Chief of the "Dziennik Kijowski" Public, Economic and Literary Newspaper, carried out a visit mission to present the Honorary Gold Badges in the presence of Yevhen Polishchuk, Deputy Director of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute International Relations Department Hanna Bidniuk, Head of the International Relations and Protocol Supportt of Lucia Shikalova and others.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time that the Main Department of the Federation of Scientific and Technical Societies of Poland has awarded Kyiv Polytechnics - 98 university employees have already won the award. 

"We are very glad that today's nominees have brought a lot of their energy, their creativity to strengthen Ukrainian-Polish relations, and that this cooperation is aimed at improving students' awareness of technical cooperation between Ukraine and Poland," - said Hanna Bidniuk.

Members of the Section of Pupils of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute are persons who live in Poland and have completed their studies or postgraduate studies at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Members of the Section are also Polish citizens who permanently reside abroad if they have completed their studies or postgraduate studies at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
