In №25 from the 12th of September, 2019 a magazine “KP” acquainted readers with the new Vice-Rectors of the university, whose candidacy were approved at the meeting of the Academic Council of the university on the 9th of September, during consideration the issue of improving the management system and organizational structure of the university.
The new heads of the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute’s departments are introduced in this issue of the magazine: the Head of the Department for Management Informatization B. M. Yemelianenkov, the Head of the Department of Quality of Educational Process O. A. Zhuchenko, the Head of the Department of Innovation and Technology Transfer O. O. Biletskyi, the Head of the Department of Security A. O. Rachinskyi, the Head of the Department of Economic Work R. V. Brygynets, the Head of the Department of Social Security S. A. Manziuk and the Head of the Research Unit Y. M. Sidorenko.

The Head of the Department for Management Informatization B. M. Yemelianenkov
He graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He specializes in radiophysics, he is a research engineer and a Candidate of Technical Science.
Since 1974 he worked on engineering, scientific and leading positions at the Research Institute “Orion”, the plant “Generator”, the SPA “Saturn”, at the civil service in the National Commission for State Regulation in the Sphere of Communication and Informatization of Ukraine (in positions of the Head of Department and committee member).
Since 1974 he has been working as the Head of the Department of Informatization, Coordinator of the direction of informatization in the Department of Prospective Development.
He is the Award Winner of the USSR Council of Ministers, honored worker of services, third class civil servant.
He is the author of 50 scientific publications and 5 inventions.
The Head of the Department of Quality of Educational Process O. A. Zhuchenko
He graduated from the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute with honors and received a master’s degree in specialty “Automation and computer-integrated technologies” in 2008.
O. A. Zhuchenko is a Candidate of Technical Science, Associate Professor, the First Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering.
He was the local coordinator of the international TEMPO project under the European Union’s Erasmus Mundus program. As part of the grant received from the European Union, he passed internship and taught at the University of A Coruña (Spain).
He is a certified specialist of the British Council in Ukraine under the program “Ukraine higher education leadership development programme”.
He is the winner of the Presidential Award of the Young Scientists, winner of the university contests in the nomination “Young Researcher”, author of more than 150 scientific works.
The Head of the Department of Innovation and Technology Transfer O. O. Biletskyi
O. O. Biletskyi graduated from the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute, the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Automatics in 2011, he is a Candidate of Technical Science (since 2016).
Position: Associate Professor of the Department of Theoretical Electrical Engineering of the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Automatics.
He has trained in the United States in the field of Education and Lawmaking (2015) on the submission of the Committee on Education and Science of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
He has been a member of the Council of Young Specialists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine since 2013, the Chairman of the Young Scientists Council of the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute since 2014.
He has a certificate on English of B2.
He awarded with Acknowledgement of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for conscientious work and fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity in 2014.
O. O. Biletskyi is a winner of the Young Researcher Teacher Competition 2017, 2018.
The Head of the Department of Security A. O. Rachinskyi
He graduated from the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute, the Faculty of Heat Power Engineering, in 2011 and got qualification of engineer-researcher in the specialty “Heat Power Engineering”.
In 2017 he got a diploma of Candidate of Technical Science in the specialty “Technical Thermophysics”.
From 2011 to 2014 he had been working as a junior researcher at the Department of Theoretical and Industrial Heat Engineering of the Faculty of Heat Power Engineering.
From 2017 to this time he had been working as an assistant, later - as a senior lecturer at the Department of Cogeneration Installations of Thermal and Nuclear Power Plants of TEF.
From 2011 to 2017 he had been working as a Deputy Head of the Staff of Public Formation for Public Order Protection of the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute.
Since 2017 he has been working as the Deputy Head and the Chief of the Mobile Posts and Rapid Response Department at the Security Department.
The Head of the Department of Social Security S. A. Manziuk
In 2014 he got his Master’s Degree in the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute and got qualification of engineer-researcher.
From 2014 to now he is the postgraduate of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
From 2010 to 2011 he had been working as a technician of the Department of Administrative and Economic work.
From 2013 to 2017 he had been an engineer, later - the Head of the Department of the Social Security of the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute.
From 2017 to the present he has been the Head of the Department of Prospective Development and Social Security Programs.
The Head of the Department of Economic Work R. V. Brygynets
He graduated from the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute, the Institute of Telecommunication Systems, in 2008 in the specialty “Technologies and means of Telecommunications” and got the qualification of the specialist. The second higher education is in specialty of Law.
In 2008, he was appointed engineer of the logistics department.
In 2010, he was appointed the Head of the Economic Management of the Department of Administrative and Economic Work.
Since 2013, he has been appointed the Head of the Center of Physical Education and Sport.
From March to August 2019 he had been serving as the Vice-Rector for administrative and economic work.
The Head of the Research Unit Y. M. Sidorenko
He is Doctor of Technical Science, Associate Professor.
In 1997 he graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the Faculty of Special Engineering, and got the qualification of a mechanical engineer.
In 2001 he got the degree of Candidate of Technical Science in specialty 20.02.14 - “Weapons and military equipment”.
Since 2013 he has been working at the Department of Dynamics and Strength of Machines and Strength of Materials, the Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
In 2012 he completed his doctoral study at the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute and got a degree of Doctor of Technical Science.
He is the Winner of the Presidential Award in Science and Technologies for Young Scientists (2009).
Since 2017, he has been Deputy Vice-Rector for Research.
