On February 20, on the anniversary of the tragic events of four years ago on Independence Square events to commemorate the Heroes of Heavenly Hundred and Kyiv Polytechnicians who gave their lives for the freedom of Ukraine were held at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
The ceremony of opening the commemorative installation devoted to the Day of Heavenly Hundred Heroes started in the hall of the first floor of the Scientific and Technical Library named after H. I. Denysenko. It is devoted to the feat of our compatriots at the time of the bloody confrontation on Independence Square and in a war that continues in the east of Ukraine. Part of the installation is dedicated to the lost students and teachers of KPI. The exposition is divided into two conditional zones - installation of cubic forms and a photo zone. The main elements of the exhibition are four cubes as immutable signs of immortality. A special place is dedicated to the polytechnic students and teachers who gave their lives for the bright future of our Motherland. An integral part of the installation is a photo exhibition dedicated to the heroes and chronicles of the Revolution of Dignity and ATO.
