Meeting of representatives of NTUU "KPI-Telecom" with the administration and the head of the student council, student council campus and trade students union of "KPI" took place on the 27th of April. The participants have discussed the quality of service and twenty-four-hour technical support from the provider. Representatives of "KPI-Telecom" accepted comment on the speed of the Internet and reported that they have planned to create an online support in social networks. Also "KPI-Telecom" intends to develop rates for routers in dorms with minimal restriction speed.
Separately, questions have been raised about the advertising that is placed by the network wifi.in.ua. Provider representatives assured that all funds received from the network will be spent on students. In the future, access to wifi.in.ua will be available without watching commercials.
In the prospect during the registration users will also be given an email in the KPI domain.
Thus, ISP representatives supported the proposal, offered by the students and promised to realize it in the nearest time. Also, there is an opportunity to organize the tour at the "KPI-Telecom” for everyone who wishes.
