On October, 18 in the conference hall of the Administrative Board of the National Technical University of Ukraine " Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" started the First International Scientific Conference "Development of Students Social Responsibility in Higher Technical Education”. It’s work involves about 50 scientists from Ukraine and Poland.
The main purpose of the event is the presentation of new technologies in teaching students of engineering specialties psychological and pedagogical disciplines aimed at forming their mental and moral values , personal responsibility and leadership skills that will promote the development of their social responsibility in their future careers .
The conference was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine , The National Technical University of Ukraine " Kyiv Polytechnic Institute ", it’s Faculty of Sociology and Law, International Center of development of Business Ethics and Wroclaw University of Technology (Poland).
The conference began with a plenary session, which was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Sociology and Law of NTUU "KPI", PhD Anatoly Melnichenko. Then, participants will work in three sections: "The Mission of the Technical University in Terms of Economic and Spiritual Crisis", "Personal Social Responsibility and Culture " and "Development of Students Social Responsibility in Higher Technical Educational Institution ."
