1. To raise before the state administration of Ukraine the issue of celebrating at the state level the 125th anniversary of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
2. Carry out a work package under the program of strategic perspective development of the University: to improve the training quality based on the needs of the modern labor market and society; update the education and laboratory capacity of departments and informatization of the University; ensure energy saving of campus buildings; upgrade landscape and new park area; complete investment projects with the participation of the University.
3. Complete priority scientific and technical developments for the security and defense of the country; prepare two nanosatellites for launch into Earth orbits; conduct a series of scientific readings; publish information about the scientific schools of the University and their contribution to the state.
4. Based on the experience of international activities, to improve the University world ranking position; to promote a new positive image and authority of the University in the world; to strengthen the influence of the University on the policy formation in education, science, innovation of Ukraine following the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
5. Prepare the material-technical capacity and the University campus for the 125th anniversary.
6. Prepare and publish texts about how the University has evolved for 125 years. In particular, publish a new anniversary book as the second part of the historical review “KPI - the first century”. Systematize information for the University anniversary and publish it in the media, the Internet within the "Open Science" project.
7. Prepare media projects: create a series of historical videos about prominent Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute representatives, a flash mob "Thee are no former KPIs" and organize an all-Ukrainian information campaign "KPI - 125".
8. Produce a variety of souvenirs: commemorative medals, coins, etchings, lithographs, postal products, etc.
9. Uphold some cultural, artistic, and museum events with the participation of the University choir, the folk dance ensemble "Politehnik", the folk drama theater-studio of student creative groups, etc.
10. To submit to the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning state awards and honorary titles to University employees who have achieved significant success in their work.
11. To hold a solemn meeting dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the University.
