It is now easy for a student to find a dream job, and for an employer to find a qualified specialist in KPI. After all, a unique employment platform has been launched at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Every KPI student can get on it, regardless of course or specialty. To do this, you just need to register through the Electronic Campus, create a personal profile and fill out a questionnaire with your competencies.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs "We recommend that students fill out a special questionnaire, where it is important to indicate their additional competencies and the level of knowledge they have. Perhaps the student knows certain software products or has additional knowledge and skills acquired outside the university. This can increase their chances of getting the job they need for career advancement," said Anatoliy Melnychenko, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
The questionnaire fully satisfies the "appetites" of international headhunters, because it even has a paragraph on the level of emotional intelligence.
The platform's creators assure that the list of employers will satisfy the needs of job seekers of all specialties - from humanities to engineering.
