The Department for Support of Higher Education Applicants' Documents was established to coordinate the procedure for ordering state-approved higher education documents and their supplements at Igor Sikorsky KPI.

The main tasks of the department are:

• registration of bilingual higher education documents and their supplements in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE);
• coordination of the formation of supplements to European higher education diplomas in accordance with current standards;
• creation of orders and registration in the USEDB of duplicates of state-approved higher education documents.
