Anna Pohrebniak: "Science Is Dynamic and Exciting Process"

In the coming years, Ukraine will need not only material resources for recovery, but also experienced specialists in all areas of science and social reproduction. In particular, the new strategy of sustainable development - the circular economy - is gaining special importance.

The Record Is Not for the Record Itself

More than 5,000 trench candles made by students, lecturers and employees of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, as well as caring residents of Kyiv during the day of December 3-4, will warm the defenders of our state at the frontline. This is a record for Ukraine.

Happy International Volunteer Day!

Our volunteer community is very active and developed. Polytechnicians collected and handed over humanitarian aid to the residents of Bucha, Irpin, and Kherson. At Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, a temporary shelter was set up for animals evacuated from the Kyiv region.

Hospitable "Cat the Scientist"

About a hundred animals - former pets who lost their owners and survived the horrors of war - live in a shelter on the territory of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Dogs and cats are waiting for their owners here or hoping to find a new home.
