For schoolchildren

On February 25-28, 2025, the second round (final) of Eco-Techno Ukraine 2025 took place. This is a very large competition, which is the national stage of Regeneron ISEF 2025 (the prestigious International Science and Engineering Fair for students in the United States).

Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute once again hosted the KPISchool Engineering Weeks. This career guidance event for schoolchildren during the school winter break was organized and conducted by the faculties, educational and research institutes and the Career Development Center of the Research and Development Department. 

From October 28 to November 2, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute hosted the KPISchool Engineering Week as part of career guidance activities for schoolchildren. It was jointly organized and conducted by the faculties, educational and research institutes and the Career Guidance Department - the Career Development Center of the DNVR.

Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute held a competition for those who plan to get an engineering education, like to solve complex problems and bring creative ideas to life. More than 30 students from different parts of Ukraine came to try on the role of aircraft designers, who showed good results in physics and performed well in the creative task at the first stage of the competition.

On April 4, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Kyiv-Pechersk Lyceum #171 "Leader" signed a memorandum of cooperation.

Traditionally, during the school holidays, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute hosted the Engineering Week "KPISchool", organized by the Career Guidance Department - Career Development Center of the DNVR. From March 25 to 29, various faculties and educational and research institutes held interesting and useful classes aimed at schoolchildren. Just like during the winter holidays, the week was held simultaneously in person and online.

Kyiv schoolchildren will work with artificial intelligence, practice robotics, study cybersecurity and cryptography. KPI will create textbooks and courses in modern engineering disciplines for teacher retraining.

School vacations are not just a time for relaxation. For students, it is also an opportunity to plunge into the fascinating world of science. So, at the end of March, the Big Chemical Auditorium of the Faculty of Chemical Technology of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute invited everyone to discover the world of formulas, laboratory experiments, and interesting results.

Even schoolchildren can now drive various vehicles, assemble electronic circuits and model 3D airplanes.

Engineering schools are held at the Institute of MMI for everyone who wants to try their hand at the profession and work with iron.
