The NTUU “KPI” delegation, which consisted of Mykola Petrenko, the member of supervisory board of technopark “Kyiw Politechnik”, Professor Oleksiy Novikov, the vice-rector of the NTUU “KPI” and Oleksandr Cvishchevsky, the head of the company GSMSoft, which affiliates to the technopark “Kyiw Politechnik”, visited The State of Qatar at the end of March.
With assistance of Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Qatar the representitives of “KPI” held a lot of meetings with the management, academic teaching staff and students of the Qatar University, which is the state’s largest university. The participators of the meetings discussed in details the possibilities of establishing inter-universities cooperation in such spheres as Information and Communication Technology, programming and also joint participation in development of modern scientific decisions and programs.
As a result of the visit, they arranged to continue cooperation in the most perspective areas. The management of Qatar University was oficially invited to visit Ukraine, and “KPI” in particular, during the 2014-2015 academic year.
