Assistant of the Department of Information Telecommunication Networks Rina L. Novogrudskaya is a promising engineer of intelligent analysis of information and models and methods of knowledge representation on specialized Internet portals. She won the university competition "Young teacher-researcher - 2013". Rina is the Kiev Polytechnic alumnus: in 2009 she graduated FICT, receiving a Masters degree in "Information control systems and technologies" and bachelor FL.She has a very good English and impoves her Italian.

Inquisitive and capable student,  she worked, during her studies, in DB of information systems "KPI", engaged in development of software to support the educational process and the organization of the various departments of the university. After graduation R.L.Novohrudska began active research activities, entering graduate school "KPI" specialty "Automation of design work." Since 2010 hardworking researcher combined post-graduate studies in teaching and methodical work as an assistant of the department of information and telecommunication networks ESITS.

Now assistant R.L.Novohrudska is working on candidate dissertation. Sphere of scientific interests - artificial intelligence, knowledge representation, system analysis, system design. She is the author of 52 scientific works, including 6 published in professional journals. Four articles were published in Scientific Journals Ukraine 3 - in the international ranking publication. Nine of the articles contained in scientometric base Scopus and 25- in scientometric base GoogleScholar. Scientific manual, which was compiled by R.Novohrudska, published by the Institute for Gifted Children and recommended for use in the classroom teaching schools. She has 48 presentations at international scientific conferences, 17 of which - at conferences abroad.

Her achievements have received academic recognition: diploma of the Russian Association of Artificial Intelligence for the best presentations at international conferences OSTIS-2012 and OSTIS-2013 (Belarus); Award for best report at the International Conference SCAR-2012 (USA); degree and second prize for the best work on the 22-th International Crimean Conference: KryMiKo - 2012; Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Fellowship for Young Scientists (2013).

The main results of scientific work R.L.Novogrudskoi embodied in the performance of research topics from the state budget, commissioned by enterprises and organizations of Ukraine, the theme of the initiative. In particular, studies concerning structure and ordering of heterogeneous loosely coupled information and computing resources for specialized Internet portals of knowledge, were the basis of performed in the 2011-2013 academic subject "Development of system infrastructure unified information environment data on Antarctic Research." The researcher is one of the authors of the research work being carried out under a grant of the President of Ukraine to support the research of young scientists. Her scientific heritage is reflected in the educational activity. Rina L. carries out lectures, practical and laboratory classes with specialized courses Master Training Department ITM "System analysis and decision theory", "System design of telecommunication networks", "Probability", "theory of mass service", "Discrete Mathematics", etc. She has prepared guidelines for the course "means of modeling telecommunication networks," and electronic manual on course "Databases."

Assistant R.L.Novohrudska acting as project manager on Foreign Relations ESITS, one of the directions of this work is cooperation between ESITC "KPI" and TU Dresden. In May 2012 she won a grant for training in TU Dresden in May 2013 - Grant of AstelitLayf for taking part in the conference EUROCON. At the  department she is responsible for maintenance of the system "teacher rating institution of higher education" and of "electronic campus  NTUU " KPI ".

R.L.Novogrudska not only the serious researcher, thoughtful and responsible worker, it is extremely mobile, cheerful and positive person. She loves to travel, mainly to countries with a rich history and a long tradition. She loves Kiev, the city of his childhood, she knows a lot of hiding places, shares his stories with friends. She visited the club for young writers at the National Writers' Union of Ukraine, dreams to continue literary exercise. But most importantly, researcher says, to feel close associates, have a labor of love, and more - health to enjoy it all.
