The Tech360: Policy Meets Technology conference recently took place—an event dedicated to the full cycle of IT business development in Ukraine, organized by the IT Ukraine Association. The event brought together over 800 participants: leaders of technology companies, representatives of the public sector, and leading universities.
For KPI, where one in four students is pursuing an IT education, participation in such events is first and foremost an opportunity to align educational approaches with the real demands of the high-tech market and to build human capital that meets the challenges of our time.
During the panel discussion “Common Denominator: How Business and Education Together Shape National Human Capital in the IT Industry,” the KPI rector, together with industry leaders, focused on practical issues:
📌the transformation of IT professions under the influence of artificial intelligence and new requirements for specialists;
📌 the creation of effective models of cooperation between universities and business in wartime;
📌 the competencies the market expects from graduates today;
📌 the priorities for the development of IT education as a common vector for the state, universities, and the industry.
