Within the framework of the international forum “Ecology and Peace”, Major General William Mullen and Lieutenant General John Jensen of the US Marine Corps visited Kyiv Polytechnic.
They talked about the theory of war, maneuver warfare, how the American experience can help Ukraine in the Russian-Ukrainian war, and why it is important for countries to share their experience.
