In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.11.2018 № 982 "On Approval of the Criteria for Assessing the Degree of Risk from Conducting Economic Activity in the Field of Higher Education and Determining the Frequency of Scheduled State Supervision (Control) by the State Education Quality Service", the results of the risk assessment, which is carried out taking into account the sum of points accrued by the following criteria, have been published:

🔹 number of higher education students over the past three years;
number of research and teaching (pedagogical) staff employed at the main place of work;
🔹 the state of publication of documents and information required by law on the official website of the higher education institution;
number of violations of the requirements of the legislation in the field of higher education, identified as a result of state supervision (control) measures taken during the last five years preceding the planning period;
🔹 presence of separate structural subdivisions;
🔹 presence of foreign higher education students;
🔹 share of unaccredited specialties and educational programs.

According to the results of the assessment, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute received the minimum amount of 15 points, which indicates the lowest degree of risk.

In general, the list contains the results of the risk assessment of 290 higher education institutions, including:

🔹 high risk - 28 (9.7%);
Medium risk - 186 (64.1%)
🔹 low - 76 (26.2%).
