The problem of formation and fulfillment of educated specialists training state order is of great interest to both teaching staff and state government bodies.
The same problem is currently being under live discussion in expert environment as well as among practical specialists. The state government policy in the field of specialists training for economics and society development is realized through state order. Thus, in terms of personnel crisis in a great variety of different productive economy branches, some statements, raised by some executives, concerning the fact that there is no need for applying state government order in higher education establishments of Ukraine, seem to be irrelevant. Meanwhile, the system of formation and fulfillment of state order must be changed dramatically. The Ukrainian auditing chamber decision, dated August 11, 2015 № 1-5, the full text of which is given further can be a dramatic confirmation.
