On September 15, 2012 on occasion of the 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Japan Mr. Sen Genshitsu, the grand tea master of the “Urasenke” tea ceremony school, conducted a demonstration of traditional ceremony of preparation and serving tea at the Culture and Arts Center of NTUU "KPI".
The first manned flight into space was preceded by the hard work of pioneers of astronautics - dreamers and theorists who advocated the need for space flight and theoretically justify their opportunity.
On September 17, 2012 NTUU "KPI was visited by His Highness Tuanku Said Faizuddyn Putra, Crown Prince of Perlis, Malaysia.

On September 11, NTUU "KPI" was visited by a delegation of the Eurasian Economic Commission Board, led by its chairman, Viktor Khrystenko. After exploring history and the present of NTUU KPI Viktor Khrystenko delivered a lecture to University students and instructors on "Experience and perspectives of the Eurasian economic integration.
