On Announcement Days of Mourning

Due to the tragic events that took place in Ukraine on the 20th of February 2014, which killed more than 100 people, including students, and wounded about a thousand people,

O R D E R:

1. To approve the decision of the governing council of the university from the 20th of February 2014 on the conviction of persons responsible for the use of weapons against the citizens of Ukraine.
2. To declare the 21st, 22nd, 23rd of February 2014 days of mourning at the university.
3. Executive administrator Tsymbalenko Ya.Yu. and director of campus Ishchenko O.A. must lower state flags with mourning ribbons at the university during the days of mourning.
