Tadeush Alexander Graff (Tadeusz Aleksander Graff) was born in Warsaw in 1886. He left secondary school in Vinnytsia, then he studied in KPI at mechanical faculty. He participated in the Polish student's organizations: in the Brotherly help and Corporation, cooperating with Kazimir Vezheysky.. He started working at powerful plants in Aleksanrovska (Zaporozhye), Kramatorsk, Nizhnedneprovsk after obtaining the diploma of the process engineer in 1910 . During 1917 - 1919 he became the figure of the Polish emi-gration of the region of Nizhny Novgorod of Dnieper.
Upon return to Poland in 1919 Tadeush Graff directed mechanical plant to Za-mosc. In 1927. he received a position of the vice-director of the State plant of the weapon to Radom, and in 1933. - Director of the State TV and radio engineering plant in Warsaw. Also he promoted development in Poland of production of telephone equipment and radio engineering, including telephone switchboards, radio receivers and military radio stations. Tadeush Graff was the member of the engineering unions of mechanics and electricians, the union of industrial businessmen.
In 1939 before the German occupation he left to Hungary and took away with himself drawings of a mine detector and field phone which production he started in Budapest for troops of the western allies. Then he moved to Yugoslavia.
