The total amount of the University budget for 2013 amounted to 873.8 million UAH, which is 5.8% higher than the budget of 2012.
State funds increased by 13.4%, and special fund decreased by 17.7% as a result of withdrawal from NTUU "KPI" Military Institute of Telecommunications and Information.
The significant increase in revenues from the budget for training personnel (15.2%) was accompanied by the development of certain types of paid services, including: income from the provision of housing in the dorms grew by 19.7%, sport and health services - by 15.6%, for training and second education - 8.4%, for course activities - 12.2%.Incomes from pre-university preparation increased by 68.6% and exceeded 4.0 million UAH.
Welfare of workers and students in 2013 were different from the previous one.
During 2013, all employees of the University regularly and fully were receiving salaries and bonuses, benefits and other social payments provided by the Collective Agreement.
The minimum wage for the year increased by 7.4%, and other salaries - by 1,54%.
Based on actual amounts of payroll, in university on January 1 payments for rank and degree were increased by 40%. So, the average salary of teachers increased by 7.5%, and in April teachers` payroll increased by 11.0% for all departments.
According to statements of the employees compensation for unused vacation of 2008-2010 in the amount of 5218, 2 thousand UAH were paid.
In addition to assistance for health to annual vacations for science teachers and pedagogical workers in the amount of 12,054.9 thousand UAH, assistance for rehabilitation and all full-time employees of other personnel in the amount of 6070.2 thousand. UAH were paid.
According to the rewarding with a premium monthly, quarterly and anniversary bonuses in the amount of 12,118.1 UAH were paid.
According to the Collective Agreement for employees` statements the financial aid in the amount of 286.3 thousand UAH were paid.
Accidental benefits to salaries for teachers-researchers and young-researchers accounted for the year 508.5 thousand UAH, incentive payments for group of winning departments due to monitoring amounted 289.7 thousand UAH. So, university workers during the year under the laws of their wages got an additional 24.5 million UAH, or 3828 UAH for each staff member.
Administration is not only fully compensated employees forced savings for 2012 in the amount of 24 million UAH, and even increased social benefits (excluding bonuses) for 16 million UAH.
The average salary for university in 2013 increased in comparison with 2012 by 11.7% and amounted to 4564.4 UAH.
New changes in legislation on social support for students during 2013 did not occur. For examinations‘ result the grant received 69.4% of all students. Scholarship Fund amounted to 151,076.6 thousand UAH, 10,882.2 thousand UAH of it paid for encouragement and financial support, that it 587,4 UAH for 1 student.
The decision of the Academic Council of the University Budget 2013 proves to be executed.
