At the initiative of the Academic Council of the University, the employees of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute opened and registered a charitable organization in the form of a charitable foundation - Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation for Support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic".
The purpose of the Foundation is to carry out charitable activities in the public interest in the field of assistance to military personnel and their families, including employees, students and graduates of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
The main tasks of the Charitable Foundation are:
- assistance to the families of military personnel and combatants who died defending Ukraine from the armed aggression of the Russian Federation;
- assistance to military personnel and combatants who were wounded defending Ukraine from the armed aggression of the Russian Federation;
- Assistance to victims of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and accidents, as well as to refugees and people in difficult life circumstances.
- Implementation and comprehensive support for the implementation of assistance programs for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (weapons and military equipment, battlefield protection equipment, equipment, clothing, etc.)
Dear polytechnics!
Those wishing to provide assistance to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with charitable funds through the account of the Charitable Foundation can do so as follows
- personally make a payment to the following details:

- write an application for deduction from salary or scholarship:
- for regular transfer of a certain percentage of the salary/stipend or a certain amount;
- for a one-time transfer of a certain percentage of the salary/scholarship or a certain amount;
The funds of the Charitable Foundation are earmarked and will be used exclusively for the purposes specified in the Charter of the Foundation.
The Board of the Charitable Foundation will collectively decide on the use of the Fund's resources, inform the Academic Council of the University about its activities on a quarterly basis and provide an annual report to the Staff Conference on the results of the Fund's work.
