It is our great pleasure to invite you to take part in the 2026 IEEE 43rd International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO), which will be held within the framework of the IEEE Kyiv Polytechnic Week at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on April 27 – 30, 2026 in Kyiv, Ukraine (IEEE conference valid registration #63396).

Event Format: Hybrid (In-person and Virtual).

Theory, modeling, design, performance and reliability of electron and ion integrated circuit devices and interconnects, involving insulators, metals, organic materials, micro-plasmas, semiconductors, quantum-effect structures, vacuum devices, and emerging materials.

TRACK 4. MICROWAVE THEORY AND TECHNIQUES

RF and microwave technology; Microwave theory and techniques related to electromagnetic waves between a few MHz and a THz; Microwave/millimeter-wave components, devices, circuits, and systems; Generation, modulation, demodulation, control, transmission, and detection of microwave signals.

The official language of the Conference is English. The size of the conference paper ranges from 4 to 6 fully filled pages A4. Conference papers should be prepared according to the IEEE Proceedings format. Papers that are not formatted properly will not be accepted for the review process.

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time. Submitted papers are subject to three independent anonymous referee reviews. The main criteria for evaluating the papers' quality are provided in the Memo for authors and reviewers. All accepted papers, which are oral or poster presented during the IEEE ELNANO, are subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements before inclusion to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or a decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that “No-show” papers will not be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

IEEE ELNANO-2026 welcomes competent academicians to join us as reviewers. Being a reviewer of proceedings of IEEE conferences is a matter of prestige and achievement. The minimum set of qualifications for being a reviewer of IEEE ELNANO includes a PhD degree and a minimum of 2 publications in IEEE journals/conferences.
