The partnership between Igor Sikorsky KPI and the Association of Ukrainian Pulp and Paper Industry Enterprises “UkrPapir” is an example of the synergy between industrial production and specialized education. In particular, the Faculty of Chemical Engineering (IHF) of Igor Sikorsky KPI will train a new generation of specialists in line with the challenges and needs of the modern market:
The cooperation will include:
• deepening research activities;
• updating educational programs;
• educational and scientific initiatives;
• development of dual education;
• production and familiarization practices in real production conditions;
• employment of graduates, etc.
📌 Cooperation is important for the development of the paper industry in Ukraine and sustainable development in general.
It is important that Igor Sikorsky KPI already cooperates with many companies in the industry. The IHF cooperates with 12 companies of the UkrPapir Association, and its graduates hold key positions — from leading technologists to production managers.
