Every year on Christmas Eve, Plast scouts bring light from Bethlehem to the capital as a symbol of peace, hope, and unity. The fire is lit in Bethlehem, then it goes to Poland, then to Lviv, Kyiv — and finally reaches our university.
This year, the Bethlehem Peace Fire was received at KPI by student veterans of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechanical Engineering (ESIME).
This is a sign of support, gratitude, and respect for those who protect us and our future today!
