During the second visit of the delegation of the Turkish company ASPILSAN Enerji to Igor Sikorsky KPI, students of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering and Automation (FEA) and the Faculty of Chemical Technology (HTF) attended a lecture entitled “Battery Technologies and Energy Solutions Shaping the Future.”.
Students learned about:
• technological trends that may be useful for KPI students' research;
• the history and development of ASPILSAN Enerji;
• the company's areas of activity: accumulators and batteries for telecommunications, robotics, autonomous devices, aviation, marine and railway systems, submarines, energy storage batteries, and space batteries.
During the visit, a working meeting was held with Turkish partners, during which the following topics were discussed:
• electrical and chemical engineering projects based at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the HTF;
• conducting R&D research;
• exchange of experience and cooperation with Turkish universities.
