Our university was visited by a delegation of the NATO Joint Center of Excellence for Cyber Defense (CCDCOE) led by its director, Dr. Mart Noorma, who has many successful cases in the field of innovation, digital transformation and development of scientific and technical areas in Europe.

They discussed business prospects and scaling of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute research projects, which in the current war conditions require quick and effective solutions.

They also discussed future cooperation:

Implementation of mechanisms for financing Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute's innovative technologies through venture capital funds to bring products to the market quickly, including the European market;

interaction with European experts who will conduct technical expertise of projects, evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation and make the transition from the early stages of development (TRL) to products ready for production and implementation (MVP);

support and financing of projects in various areas in both the defense and civilian sectors. Particular attention will be paid to scientific developments in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. IT specialists from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute already have something to show, as our multitasking projects are actively looking for opportunities for funding and entering new markets.
