Students of 10-11th grades of secondary education institutions will perform laboratory work in physics at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute! A pilot project is currently underway, involving four faculties/institutes:
- Educational and Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering (ER MMI);
- Educational and Research Institute of Physics and Technology (ER IPT);
- Faculty of Electronics (FEL);
- Faculty of Physics and Mathematics (FMF).
In the future, more students will be reached to encourage interest in entering engineering and science specialties and integrate schoolchildren into the university.
The pilot project was implemented with students of Lyceum #142 in Kyiv. Kyiv. Laboratory work was distributed in accordance with the lyceum's educational program and the university's existing laboratory facilities.
