Fourth-year students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute had a month-long pre-diploma practice in the reactor shops, turbine shop, and nuclear safety department of the RNPP.
The students also received detailed information about salaries, social benefits and guarantees for industry professionals.
Some KPI students signed trilateral agreements "University - RNPP - Student" that guarantee employment in their specialty at Rivne NPP.
Currently, ten employees are successfully working at RNPP under the dual education program.
