Oleksandr studied at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Electrical Networks and Systems.
He worked at the state aviation enterprise Antonov. In March 2015, he left to defend Ukraine during the anti-terrorist operation in Donbas. He fought as a reconnaissance machine gunner in the ranks of the 30th Brigade. After demobilization in June 2016, he received the medal "Honor. Glory. State" medal for conscientious service, heroism and military merit.
From the first day of the full-scale invasion, Oleksandr did not hesitate to return to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and defended Kyiv region as part of the 101st Separate Brigade of the General Staff named after Colonel General Hennadiy Vorobiov.
On February 11, while performing a combat mission and covering his comrades with machine gun fire, Oleksandr was severely wounded by enemy artillery and evacuated. On February 24, he died in hospital from his wounds.
