In 2003, Andriy graduated with honors from the Faculty of Electronics of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, where he stayed to work as a researcher.
In March 2014, he underwent mobilization to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as the combat crew commander of the anti-aircraft missile battery of the 1129th anti-aircraft missile regiment.
In the morning on August 21, 2014, he was fatally wounded as a result of terrorists’ artillery attack on the positions of an anti-aircraft missile battery.
Today at 12:00 in building 12, the memorial plaque to Andriy Yeremenko will be ceremonially opened.
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute honors the fallen serviceman.
