The Department of Philosophy of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has started the process of drawing up a Cooperation Agreement with one of the most famous universities in Ukraine - I.I. Mechnikov Odesa National University.
Our partners are the Faculty of History and Philosophy of ONU. Professor, Doctor of Philosophy, Head of the Department of Philosophy Inna Volodymyrivna Holubovych and Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department Farida Akhmetivna Tikhomyrova took part in the zoom conversation with Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Colleagues spoke about such creative programs of their scientific and educational activities as the School of Philosophy for Children, Postgraduate Student Readings, annual issues of the popular professional magazine "Δόξα/ Doxa", festivals, field seminars, competitions and international conferences. By the way, the last issue of "Doxa" contains original materials on the iconic theme for Odesa "Laughter as intellectual intelligence: semantics and hermeneutics of the funny - 2 ".
In the future, our departments plan to implement a program of internal academic mobility: exchange of teachers and students of KPI and ONU with two-week trips to each other. And also - to start open online lectures of leading teachers of both universities, interuniversity student battles, joint participation in scientific events, joint international educational projects, to involve students and graduate students of our department in the School of Philosophy for children, in archeological expeditions of Odesa in the volunteer format and more. We hope for interesting and fruitful cooperation!
