From year to year, students of Kyiv Polytechnic are envied by students from other universities. The girls who study in In Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute are not only pretty but also smart. For example, among the scholarship recipients of nominal scholarships, which represent the best of the best - the half are girls.
Meet: Anna Bilous, a 4th year student of IEE, was awarded a nominal scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. She takes an active part in the scientific and social life of the department, institute and university. She is engaged in research at the Department of Geoengineering. Her work focuses on current topics related to environmental issues, such as "The impact of sustainable use and production on the environment” (Overseer - assistent V. O. Bronytsky), and research related to the disposal of used cars, under the guidance of Dr.Tech.Sciences, Associate Professor O. Y. Tverda.
The results of her research have been published at international conferences and congresses, the student has publications in the speciality and related fields in the collections of materials of international and national scientific and practical conferences. Their list will be envied by any young scientist:

In addition, Anna Bilous participated in the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in "General Ecology" (2018) and in the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Chemistry (2019), where she was awarded diplomas.
This year at the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the specialities "Auto Transport", "Materials Science", "Civil Safety (Occupational Safety)” she presented the work "Development of a closed cycle in the economy based on the disposal of used cars.”
And Anna studied at the Startup School "Sikorsky Challenge", which operates on the base of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Published a professional article "Minimization of risks in the enterprise by implementing an environmental management system" (head - candidate of technical sciences M.V. Repin) in the "Scientific Notes of the V. Vernadsky Tavriya State University".
One wonders how Anna still has enough time for community service. She is always in the thick of the events of student life: she is the chairman of the student council of IEE, is a member of the scholarship commission of IEE, the Academic council of IEE and the Academic council of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
"I like to travel, I try to get out into nature as often as possible, it is a joy and pleasure for me. I am interested in modern literature and novelties in the field of culture. I love inspiring little things, but I look for them everywhere, because our life consists of them, "the girl shared.
The student plans to continue her master's degree, to find new scientific horizons and participate in community service. "I am very grateful to the teachers of my department for the opportunity to develop and all the help," she said. - Thanks to them, I acquire a profession, do interesting scientific research, learn to work in a team, make decisions and be responsible for them, plan time and business. And, of course, I intend to continue my studies in Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Associate Professor O.Y. Tverda is proud of her ward: "Every year, among the dozens of new faces, there are those who immediately attract attention. That year (2017) it was Anya. Thorough school training, erudition, high intelligence, charisma - that's what it's about. These qualities allowed the student to become the undisputed leader of the group and a favourite of teachers, the chairman of the student council of IEE, which enjoys authority among students. She has participated in numerous all-Ukrainian competitions of scientific works and Olympiads, she has professional articles in domestic and foreign publications. And believe me, this is just the beginning. Knowing Anya not for the first year, I can say with confidence that such a person is able to prove herself in the highest government positions.
