Among others, three teachers of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute have been awarded state awards by the Decree of the President of Ukraine on Teachers' Day.
Academics have been awarded titles, orders and medals "for significant personal contribution to the development of national education, training of qualified specialists, many years of fruitful teaching and high professionalism."
Volodymyr Vanin, Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, has been presented with the Order of Merit 3rd Class. Dean of the Faculty of Management and Marketing Oleh Havrysh and Professor of the Faculty of Electronics Leonid Pysarenko have been awarded the title of Merited Teacher of Ukraine.
